"I would like to take this opportunity to commend Mrs. Joni Buck for the amazing work she has done concerning our recent purchase of proprty in Florida.
There were many issues to resolve, but Joni, very capably, smoothed out every one of the bumps. Even after the sale was complete, she continued to help with several other things that arose.
I have bought and sold several homes and properties in the last 30 years and I would like to say that this experience has been by far the best ever and I believe it is all due to Joni's professionalism, her tremendous knowledge and her remarkable dilligence.
From the first contact, it was apparent that she is one-in-a-million. She provided us with many properties to see and even offered to drive us around to see them. When looking for property anywhere else, we were instructed by agents just look around by ourselves. This is typical of most other real estate agents. What a contrast! Joni made it extremely easy to find the home we wanted. Since we were not familiar with the area, she went far out of her way to help us with local issues, checking into permits required, the survey was completed on time, even calling us to remind us to have the electric turned over to us and many, many othe things that I'm sure no one else would do.
I would enthusiastically recommend Joni to anyone who is considering purchasing or selling property.

The Black Patriots Foundation is gratful for your financial commitment. It is because of this commitment that the Black Patriots Foundation will build a Memorial to the more that 5,000 African-American men and women whose heroism and sacrifice helped establish the United States of America. (In the Revolutionary war) The Memorial will also honor the countless black men, women and children who escaped slavery and petitioned the courts and legislatures for their freedom.
The memorial will be built on an exquisite site in Constitution Gardens, located between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument, a mere 300 yards east of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
